HOD always create panic for jon insecurity and keeps on threating verbally. Mktg head is abusive and has behavioural issue but knowing the situation the HR still dont take any action - basically the HR is platz a role of a puppet, they dont have any voice to take correct measurement

Difficult introduce new things here. Little chance for skill development. Promotion are hard to get as nobody leave the company after joining.
