Nothing much to like. If you are a laid back guy, you may like it for the first two months.

Dislikes

Extremely poor work culture and work ethics. People work less and gossip more. Everything depends on how good you are at politics and if you can oil your boss / the owners. Job security is minimised and people are being asked to resign at a moment's notice.

Work Details

Extremely boring and repititive work, especially in battery and flashlights team. The Sales and marketing head is a relative of the owner family, hence he is in the job despite knowing nothing much about either marketing or sales.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
