Working environment is good. Fellow mates are nice. Management personals are good. The work is all about sales and pre-sales. People working here are good ceo and managers of different stakeholders are good. They deal with software development and sales which is good for a fresher to join and work with even with 2 to 3 years of experience will just do more than great.

Dislikes

Being from LnD background, I has to deal with products which was not my domain. I am totally non-technical but had to indulge myself into technical field resulting in low scores in product training evaluation exams. Skills development needs to be included which is missing. Training methodology and methods of delivering training to the new joiners needs to be changed for better production. Sales training needs to be a part of training. Management is good. CEO is a cool person and interacts with all the employees but he needs to understand who really cares for the company. Sales head is very straight forward and strong at his ground.
