I'm able to balance both pretty well because my work doesn't extend after my working hours and I'm not allowed to work overtime in my office after 6😁

This is my first time 9 to 5 job. Before joining here many had given me advice on how a firm usually works...strict boss...egoist colleagues...balancing work n home will be very difficult...targets n so on...but things were different. I took up this job coz of our boss...his genuineness n transparency is the motivation for me. My colleagues...its an entire TEAM work...ego had to runaway. I am a Senior Counsellor. My role is to counsel the students and their parents for their higher education, both bachelors and masters, in Europe. It is a challenging job as we have to guide the students for their future and we can't take any risk!!!

This Organisation is an ideal place for Women to work. You are given proper Guidance and space, time to improve your skills. Its all about the ultimate job satisfaction. Haven't seen a Genuine Organisation ever before let it be any field viz., medicine, education or any....am proud about it too

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
