I'm able to balance both pretty well because my work doesn't extend after my working hours and I'm not allowed to work overtime in my office after 6😁

This Organisation is an ideal place for Women to work. You are given proper Guidance and space, time to improve your skills. Its all about the ultimate job satisfaction. Haven't seen a Genuine Organisation ever before let it be any field viz., medicine, education or any....am proud about it too

No dislikes. Even if any chaos,the employees are free to express their grievance, so that it's not carried forward further.
