Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Do not go with this company ! They doesn't pay expenses of previous month after the resignation. They will tell you that your during your settlement you will get all the expenses and salary which is in hold . But eventually you won't be able to get any money.
