They can Easily Spoil employee Carrier.HR doesn't have power to support Employee problem.One best thing about company is when ever co., is in problem MD comes to meet all employees. But When employee is in problem MD never responds.

No Job security they can terminated senior employee who is working in organization for more then 3yr. MD doesn't have power to take decision. HR are not HR bec they dont have power to ans any questions of employees. Non MBA's can easily be Manager who dont have sales experience.

Was good till August 2019 . Because Manager were Sales Professional. But Placing a non sales person. Makes life imbalance

Products are excellent quality. Distribution network is good. Dealer Reach is excellent. Company is into very good growth.

Dislikes

Company has not a policy. Frequently changes in policies. No schemes for dealers. Compensation and benefits to employees are very very poor specially for sales team. For old employees who are working with company since last 3-4 years are less benefits. Internal promotion policy is not there. People hired from other companies are directly promoted to senior level then People who are already working since 3-4 years. Biasness in appraisal.MD is one man army.
