There is inappropriate salary and wage policy. Labour policy and HRM is invisible. Management doesn’t have time to follow basic recruitment procedure. Harassment and work pressure made me to move out from the organisation and also there was financial manipulation within Management. I have been worked for 6 years in euro kids pre school . I am so proud of it and that was my first job . I learnt a lot in an out of the school how the preschool goes and how to work with the childrens. The teachers training they give top to bottom in detail with explanation and they will give a good training to as and like the mostliking part of the euro kids is lesson plan very well organised in detail for the Teachers that so helpful that curriculum is so beautiful and never seen any school . and when it comes to take away very well planning. The most disliking part head Centre have taken a franchise from headquarters EuroKids they are not working in honest with headquarters and when the whenever they come for inspections they lie for them and they are not giving a good salary and they are not revealing for the headquarters and their not giving a certificate experience certificate for a teacher I would like to request for the head equators please kindly take care of a teachers as well as their certificates please you take a incharge of giving salary from head quarters as well as certificates to that will be a great for a teachers....Read More

The overall culture of EuroKids is nice but barely things reaches to the HR or to the Director. This experience may differ from team to team and the growth happens to those who are ready to say YES SIR.

The way in which sales head (Mr Sudip Haty) treats the RM's, goes past the ZM's and has his own way of working. There is no such thing called team leadership. He gives a damn for one's personal or family life (which he is proud of while telling this to an individual) in front of everyone.

The company is very good except the presales head Sudip Haty.

The pre-sales head of this company Mr Sudip Haty is mentally unstable he humiliates and harass employees without any reason. He tortures employees at night by calling and also thretens all employees every single day. He has got split personalities hence he behaves very differently if front of CEO and HR as if he is a good boss. Thiscompany will suffer because of him. He is ruining the culture of the company and no one is happy about him. Like to work for those innocent young kids if someone like to do free service. Recognition from the parents for the work. Will get the kids pure love for the care that we show.

Dislikes

No proper coordination. No knowledge in how to manage and maintain a school. No recognition from the management for the hardwork. Fully money minded. Fooling the parents by taking more money for nothing.
