It's very challenging to work with this company. Increments is nothing, upper management only playing politics in between team members, company demanding every month unexpected budget if employees can't full fill it they will give you notice period of 3 months for showing some improvement. Otherwise they will end your job. Growth got only those employees whose are flattering to their seniors. Threatening for removes from job. No transparency....Read More
