Learning everything right from store management to visual merchandising to making POS related transactions. Workload was heavy but starting a store from right from construction to opening was an amazing experience

The job is quite interesting! I struggled hard in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Professionally good,we can learn more and we can develop our personal skills here.I joined in ethos on January 2019. Now because of this covid-19 pandemic. company asked to give re-sign,we lost the jobs in ethos now. It's very sad to say, till now they didn't do any sattelment for us even salary.

Job security is there Earlier the work culture was very friendly but from lay 4 years everything is changed and more of admin work is introduced apart from sales
