Ethos is the no.1 watch designation in India and they are pretty good at customer service and everything. As a staff i liked working there and the incentive schemes are very good compared to salary. And you get flexibility on work life balance if you have the right manager.

Dislikes

They don't work much on head office. My settlement have not been credited more than 120 days after me raising tons of mails and personal WhatsApp follow ups and no response will be provided from the HR. As a staff to use softwares for company inventory they are still outdated. They have to invest in their software for speeding the process of internal works.
