This is good company, but for not long time company .I have lots of things learning form this company . It is initial stage for me . It is projects based company like bms ,ems and FAs pA system. I am happy for working from this company

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and work presure is very high . I have to work 13- 14 hours but the big problem of this company they not provide salary on time

It's not a good company to work....there is no satisfaction and no disciplinary in the company...The manager Tarachand Patil is not a good human being and not able to handle his company...it was such a worst company i have ever seen..

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
