If you want to just make money join them and enjoy personal life. Do not expect any growth or learning

Top to bottom approach of the people was terrible. No respect for people. They talk of values only for the sake of it. Not even the MD believes in it. No flexibility, no vision, no growth. HR wasnt aligned to business. Poor processes. It was a shocker because Mr. Harsh Mariwala is so well known for his generosity and the culture that he has built at Marico. Here, taking bio breaks/ personal calls during work also looks like a crime. You cant leave your work station unless it is the lunch hour....Read More

Well, it was a wrong hiring decision because they never planned their manpower well. I had negligible amount of work but that also never came into implementation because of lack of vision.
