There are few resourceful people who can teach and guide you to learn things about the company and product.

There is no proper management, no appraisal, no promotions, basically nothing is good here from all the experience I had in all these years. Ideas aren't accepted which can help the employees and the company growth. Worst part is the HR TEAM who is least bothered about the employee after onboarding. Suggestion is, it's not the place to work for people with ideas and ambitions. Growth is very less in the company. Really stubborn management and policy who are not ready to adapt the change. No incentive on reaching targets and crossing the target, instead they deduct from your salary and credit quarterly basis in the name of variable pay....Read More
