I’ll tell you it’s good for a year or so, puts you under a lot of friction and carves you out subsequently, but, that is not an active process (few can take it). Extreme amounts of unhealthy toxic culture, a bunch of clowns running a failed show. Apparent “Managers” unable to manage anything and pushing their teams to live on the edge all the times, everything is ‘urgent’ and ‘abhi 1 ghante mai chahiye’. ETA teaches you what to expect from a “lala company” and why it is imperative to work in a well established organisation which respects employee, take it from me that ETA is not that place. GETs and Interns are the show stoppers, there is no mid-level management, no policies, nothing!!! The only thing I like about ETA was nothing, I would say that it made me do better after getting out from there, because everything seemed good comparative to it. 😂😂...Read More
