Essentiallysports is very inclusive. They don't jettison writers after squeezing work from them. They try to retain as many writers as they can. The thing that I liked the most there was the company culture. It was a beautiful experience working there.

You learn a lot working there but the compensation is not worth it and there is no scope for future growth and they sometimes make you work a lot more than you actually signed up for.

Dislikes

They end up giving a lot of overload work and do not compensate enough. Sometimes they even make you do live coverage of events that’s through the night and yet you aren’t given any overtime or extra pay.
