Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The best company ever, Job security is main issue for different companies in the tube mfg company, but in case of ESSEL job security is first 🥇, feel freedom to work.

As a engineer they work to donkey type or labour type work assam units and not permanent employee, all are 1 year Apprentice trainee students or they work like donkey. Very cheap mentality Assam Unit EPL GM mindset.. cast divide Politics or ethics. maximum students resigned.
