Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Teammates are exceptionally good and supportive however would like to highlight as creativity among team is always welcome and supported from authority.

Dislikes

As far as my area concern there are lack of business process to grow, compasations are decent but growth is slow. Appraisal is done on bell curve on overall vertical performance which is found to be injustice to highly performing individual.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
