The work culture is really bad. No growth and compensation shown was not paid. A company with almost a billion dollar as loans, complications and no proper adaptability to the market competition. Work here is very chill if one wants to just warm up seats, produce one or two documents with no understanding about the project then this is a heaven. For those who want grow learn and build mega projects then you'll have to simply jump to other jobs.
