I am a as a Technician of My Company and My work is very Risky and Field Work i am attend my sites Fault when the fault is generate by equipment some like any equipment got fire,Elecrticity fault then i get alarams call from my company's Survailence dept.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
