I wanted to give Minus 5 Stars to skill development and learning. 1. Post is Accounts & Finance Manager, but they won't give you anything to manage. 2.Your boss (Finance Controller) wants you to work keeping your eyes and mind shut 3.They want everything in their control only, you'll be a puppet, and they want you to act like one bykeeping your mind shut. 4.Its like you are working for their appraisal and promotions only,and when it comes to your appraisal they'll remind you how inefficient your work is and how you need to improve, and why they can get 30% raise even after working same as you while you can only get 8%!!!...Read More
