Career growth is average as for lack of some constraints towards upcoming technologies expertise. Salary was not enough considering the current date ,though appraisal and bonus is always preserved for good performer.

For me, Esolz Technologies is a platform which gives me a clear hand to bring up my hidden ability and recognize the skill which I think I never judge. People, working culture and job security, learning is the key role in Esolz from my knowledge. The time I left and the last time I have visited I didn't find much change except they grow well with new and modern look offices and the work structure and now they are more active on people engagement. well, it's not an MNC company so you will face the problem with the process of work deliveries and late time working due to tight deadlines of the projects. But on the right note, this will help people to overcome the issues when they choose future jumps to bigger companies in respect of work and skill. But no scope of learning processed based work. Well, I left Esolz long time ago and when I left Esolz my job role is Design and Development Team Lead, I am managing more than 20 people in the team and my work is a little bit hectic as well due to long queue of project pipelines and deliveries.
