This is very bad company. Company worked from employees in covid 19 & didn't give any salary to any employee. All employees left the company. They didn't give any experience letter & salary slip to any employee.. One month salary credit mostly around after 3 months after requesting to director. They demotivates to new fresher candidate. There are only 2 directors .Both have no manners how to talk with an employeee. I suggest to everyone not tot join this disgusting company....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
