Work-life is very goodm Work load is very less. ESIC always take care of employee and their families for medical purposes.

There's no growth in position. No skill development, no salary increment, politics happens.

very toxic working environment, hospital is highly understaffed. seniors are rude, no academic growth. Very poor condition of gynae OT.
