The company doesn't follow its own credo and doesn't care about its own employees. Not much opportunity for growth. It's a startup yet management has yet to figure out a lot of problems. managing towards building product or service-based company. Need to build proper standard company culture and hard times for founders. Senior Managers very difficult to work here. No proper standard is being followed neither you will encourage to do so. A distinct lack in growth opportunities, micromanagement and favouritism going on with a team of 3 members. They don’t appreciate your hard work. Also the sales leader they hired has lack of leadership skills and so the Founders are. They don’t value any employee and thinks company can be run by 4-5 members. Also, most importantly they don’t have a proper office to work, not a good chair, no proper toilet and even place to eat your lunch.
