If you on a medical leave they every one think that you are enjoying & chilling at home, they will never care your emotional your personal feelings they will only scold,pressured you. No appreciate for your work, support, even you will do beyond your limits. If you are on leave then open your laptop & start work till it will not complete. If you miss any deadline then you no need to alive on this earth.
