1. Terrible Management 2. Terrible Seniors in terms of sharing knowledge with the juniors. I guess they fill insecure about their jobs. 3. No learning and forget about skill enhancement. 4. Stupid Logics 5. Patialities at best.

Appraisal are never delayed unless and until the employee has a drawback where he/she needs improvement. Before giving us Work from home, company assured us for our job security. But as the situation worsened, they finally laid us off.

It is overall good a good company. Owner of the company keep encouraging the employees to work, work and work. Though company's environment was cool and employees were friendly. They need a better leader.
