This company always try to deduct your salary. And if you want to leave he will hold your salary and say why should i pay salary company noms say that in provisional period 7 days we have to work i have work 1 month and he didn’t give my salary and not answering my mail personally ervp colleague are to good.

1. Complete Torture (Mentally, Emotionally, Financially) 2. Employer always prefer freshers to exploit. 3. Don't expect more than 20K to start there. 4. Salary was credited after 20th 5. No Training at all. 6. Pirated Softwares and old and poorly maintained pcs 7. Employer never satisfy with anyone's performance. 8. 7:30 to 8:00 pm was the early time to leave office. 9. Salary was deducted hourly. (If you come late in the morning independent of the fact you stayed till 10 pm last day) 10. No paid leave in the probation period. 11. Employer claims himself structure Engineer, but one can easily interpret that he has minimal knowledge and understanding of the subject. 12. If he failed to receive payment from a client that was also employees fault. 13. If you ask him for salary on time, his exact kind words were "Papa se paise le lo abhi nahi hai mere pass". 14. Has no shame in asking for credit card from employees for companies expenditure. 15. Office Boy have to ask for money for purchasing tea leaves, milk and other stuff. 16. Overtime was paid in form of Maggi (14 rs packet) which means after 9:00 pm. 17. Has only one answer for each querry "What did you do in college". 18. Knows exactly how to pressurize a personnel. 19. Employees frequently recieves calls from him even in midnight, early morning to work and submit within hours. And after that you can't be late, otherwise salary will be deducted on hourly basis. 20. Threw tantrum at the time of increment. 21. No job security, you can be terminated on a phone call. 22. Have serious issue giving salary slip. 23.
