Full of racism and discrimination towards India
Dislikes
Local management cannot take stand.
No respect for legal working hours and personal time of employees in india.
Different policy for India that still smells of colonial discrimination and racism.
You cannot call field engineer in UK 1 minute before or after their shift but Indian employees are exploited and don’t even get rest on weekends. india employees are made to work 12-14 hours a day.
Management is terrible and focusing to get work on 100 by 20 in india without any working automation or efficient process.
Overdoing feminism at cost of hard-working male employees. Good for nothing and laid-back, females get easy, increments and promotions, but the hard-working and deserving male employees get nothing which is clear gender discrimination against men....Read More
