Pathetic management. The more you are your boss's dog the more you grow People are here just to pull each other down no team support. You have to be nice with your manager no matter how worse they treat you make you feel unwanted taunt you haunt you disgust you humilate you. They just destroy your mental stability no peace of mind.Be a robot complete your task at any cost within the shift hours or else it will impact your goals. And they will purposely keep on demotivating you. They neither allow you to work from home in case of any emergency. There are some who loves to torcher just for their fun and they really enjoy doing it. I will never ever refer anyone to work here. 1. Too much of unnecessary policing in regards to break timings. PS - They even check how long you have taken the break and question you in case you take your lunch early 2. Unsupportive Managers unwilling to change or accept mistakes - will blatantly blame you even if you haven't been involved in the task and will are not at all open to accept change or apply any new process for process improvement 3. No job guarantee even if you are the best performer - will just give you a day's or a week's notice to leave and no reason. Will just say - company is doing cost cutting 4.
