Work culture is good . No strict timings for the break. Good company to start as a fresher.

Working hours re very tedious. Shift changes every 2 weeks. So no work life balance. Promotion to senior position is nearly impossible.

1. Technically challenging tasks which would need good engineering concepts. Variety of projects in CAE. (FEA, CFD, Crash, MBS, 1D, NVH) 2. Esteemed global customers 3. Took good care of employees during Covid. No lay off, Corona Insurance, Vaccination offered to employees and the family members, Work from home, internet allowance 4. Well defined HR Policies, Job security, good human values

1. One needs to be patient for growth opportunities. 2. Strict timelines for project deliveries 3. Only 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday off. 2nd and 4th are working.

Always job insecurity, unwanted pressure n stress, no motivation, No Knowledge sharing, No growth. So there are very few people are associated for long time. Some times it feels like this company is made for fee people.

Given work form home and for some 15 days salary every month in this pandemic situations, policy changed by the employer frequently without the consent of the employee based on there own needs.Talking about the management it is running only with 3 key people's only. Work satisfaction was not so good for me.

Dislikes

Employee career growth and direction should be given priority. Policy should be standardized. Employee appreciation and benefits i felt very bad compared to other same type of service providers.
