This company experience is very special as compared to other there were deficiency in me that rectify it.thank for Kunal sir and anil sir support me also nafeez sir.

Dislikes

Manpower is not provided properly on site so this affect on work .the work pressure is very high and not possible every work is completed in time it is affected on hole day work.

No likes from my end, because during equator new site signed , I was continusly work in night for new site stable purpose due shortage of manpower . After the site well settled office employee and company member ignore the employee request. Company nature like a "Apana kam banta bhad main jaye janta".

Dislikes

Payment, promotions and company didn't paid accurate payment. Branch Office employee didn't properly explain Payment Deduction process. Very very bad respect given to site employee in office. Request to all candidates please don't join to equator company.
