Line managers are doing politics and influence to Director. HO attrition rate is very high since HOD are interfering in people’s job and providing negative feedback to the Director. No likes from my end, because during equator new site signed , I was continusly work in night for new site stable purpose due shortage of manpower . After the site well settled office employee and company member ignore the employee request. Company nature like a "Apana kam banta bhad main jaye janta".

Payment, promotions and company didn't paid accurate payment. Branch Office employee didn't properly explain Payment Deduction process. Very very bad respect given to site employee in office. Request to all candidates please don't join to equator company.
