The team from upper management to the new joiners all create an environment that one is comfortable working in. Understanding managers and great learning opportunities. Company and managers push you to learn more and develop your skills

Dislikes

I am very new here so cannot comment on anything as of now. Till date I haven't face any problems here.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. The team is always there to support you. Even experienced joiners are treated with care and are given time to adjust with the workflow

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
