Earlier they used to have flexible wfh options and more focus to work life balance. Not anymore. All the senior leadership in India has changed and that reflects in the company culture as well.

Dislikes

Frequent layoffs, HR is almost invisible and no support system or community in the company but they fake it in the town halls and emails. Micro management. Poorly managed office everything under cost cutting, including the tea bags. They make us pay for the cab for 1-10 pm shift, even though there is a clear government rule that female employees have to be given free transport after 7 pm.

- Quaterly Budgets where team can refresh and use budgets to visit resorts for day outing - Weekly one-day Meal free lunch for all employees

- Transportation from off is not matured enough - too many portal to keep track off, one for expense, one for leaves, one for payslips, one for tax - No SSO(single sign on), you need to remember 2 0r 3 different passwords all the time - Could have better increments. - After Publicis take over it became keys on what is happening where. -

Worst Management, Due to management epsilon is losing its reputation ( too many vp, directors are there even though not needed so many) because of their high salaries epsilon is having one digit profit and doing layoffs to junior employees.

Out manager is worst whatever we do they tell it is wrong and there is no encouragement. Always discriminating on the work we do somany are suffering like this in the company but they are not telling it. On top of the managers check properly what they are doing how they managing. No proper KT will be provided once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it.
