Dislikes

Firm needs to work on the people management and more towards solving employees queries with positive perspective. Managers should be hired based on skills and their work knowledge assessment should be reviewed on a timely manner. There is too much politics and this needs to be addressed by the higher management. If employees are reaching out to higher management, they should be able to take actions quickly. They are too slow to address their employees queries. Also, please make sure not to designate work for 3 people to one employee and expect wonders....Read More
