It could vary for people working in different projects. For me, it was only less learning opportunities in the project. There are online trainings provided but no opportunity to use your skills in the project.

No work life balance(WLB), higher management says to maintain WLB, and dump all the work with short deadlines.

It is hectic. The first two days of my job were enjoyable due to induction program. Later they didn't even give time to understand the work. Just dump everything.
