Iam proud to be a part of Epitomecloud I joined here as a intern and they started to pay the stipend of monthly 15k and after 3months they are paying a good amount of company allowances insurance etc and job securing is good if you work hard they won't fire any employee till they harm the company and people .Management and HR are very cooperative and they will treat everyone equally no partiality in the company....Read More

Management is very liberal so that as an intern we will take advantage. There should be a strict manager to followup.

The organization is poorly managed, and interns receive a starting package of only 1.8 LPA. There are no salary hikes or overtime pay, and the office lacks basic facilities. Job security is nonexistent, and the HR head, who demands everyone come to the office daily, rarely shows up hers elf. HR frequently hires their own relatives who are never disciplined, while other employees are constantly criticized and pressured to work harder and learn more.
