Epiroc is good for the flexible working hours so that people can maintain work life balance

Dislikes

80% employees are in contract. No value for th. Even the annual day is celebrating without them. No salary hike after an year. We cant innovate anything just follow. For technical writers just a copy paste job. Nothing to learn and grow. There is nofacilities from epiroc .. Terrible

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
