The company is very good for the freshers who are looking for a good opportunity. There is lot of things to learn about the hyadraullics and pneumatic. All the management and supervisors are very helpful to build your technical skills. A shop to which I am working is very awesome because we celebrate each and every moment in a different way. All the festivals are celebrated enthusiastically in our company. Company organises lot of game events to change mood of employees and to maintain the work life balance....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
