They do not have proper communication with the employees regarding anything. Things are delayed be it salary or any other stuff.

Epikso is a Good Company to work in but as usual there is no job security in pvt. sector .

As of now when I was working in epikso as US IT Recruiter ,they donot have soo many work to do ,they even donot give notice to you to look for the another job ,so no job security.
