They have very good sense of Humour which they use for their own purposes never supports any employee who is under performing. Managers totally dependent on Team leaders even if team leader is not performing. They set up a meeting how to layoff the performing employee. Managers never admitting his mistake about the blunder made by Team leaders. Team leaders blame totally on their subordinates. Team leaders worked on there own shifts and force to subordinates to work according to Team leaders shifts even the subordinates works from office. Managers do discrimination with Juniors all the rules are only followed by juniors no Team leader will follow the rules....Read More

Work policy: Totally Depend on the Manager if he calls office you have to come office. Yet all other teams are totally work from home and some teams are regular in the office.
