Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .compny policies are good appraisales are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evry year .

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn t address our issues .salary is desent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resihn .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

While my overall experience at Epack Durable Limited has been positive, there are areas that could be improved.
