Too much office politics toxic work culture at least in the process which i used to work. I was from pilot batch and was the most knowledgeable person on the entire floor plus I used help others and used to get appreciation from customers but then too didnt got any chance to grow plus no increament in salary. They also promote undes erving candidate because they were close TL's and manager(Posh policy contender). Quality analyst was also worst, you should not argue with her for wrong mark down or else she will make your quality score worst.Even though we had Paid leaves but we were never granted permission to take leave even when we had health issues. I had worked there for 1.5 years and we were told that we will get incentives but not a single penny was given to us. Almost the entire floor was on resignation when i was in notice period. And they still call us to rejoin the company. And suppose if they offer me Managers designation i choose not work there again in my life....Read More
