They didnt have money to spend on employees safety like sanitizer, soap mask PPE kit. And removed many staff from the job without showing any humanity .

First of all management doesnt know what they want from staff. They just fill the position without any sense ( target set for Hr to take interview weekly at least 70 nos specailly saturday) and then all of a sudden remove the staff from the job.HR dept is puppet and wrk accordingly and playing with employees carreer.

Gone through tough time while working with Escon. every day can be your last working day . would suggest everyone at any profile or field never ever join this company or else you have to committe suicide in future.

The ambiance of Escon is surely unique compared to other companies. But this makes them have a different mark in the market. It's easier to survive once after leaving the company, as we have been trained for every method of working style.

As aspiring and nurturing the management is, its a downside that we have not yet acquired the International Market as we have done in PAN India.
