Very bad culture. No support from management. No overtime and almost everyday you have to stay in for work. Su days you have to work from home without any payment or reimbursement. Overworking and underpaying is a norm. HR is not working for employees. Too much of favouritism. Exit process is very bad, they make it impossible to leave and delay full and final settlement for more than 6 months. Mental health will decline rapidly once you join, so think twice before joining....Read More
