Envigo is a fantastic place to learn and grow, it is one of the rare agencies that have a really positive and uplifting culture. The leadership team is empathetic and leads by example and everyone works collaboratively.

The coffee machine can be better, but otherwise, all is good.

I work here since 2 years in digital marketing department as a Project Manager. My experience had been wonderful here. Flexible work culture, support team, work from home etc. I can explore experiment on my projects for growth. Learn and knowledge share at e time. The VP, Head, MDs are available for any kind of knowledge share and support. Happy to be an associate for a long-run commitment.

Won't recommend anyone to join it. No defined senior management and would put you in line in case of any shotback from client. There account management team has no technical knowledge. They are mute spectator and agree to hypothetical deliverables.

Nothing in totality. A good company overall. In particular, just that a job contract with payment slabs, payment cycle info, other terms and conditions etc need to be in place for freelancers. Senior management doesn't keep in direct touch with freelancers.
