First of all Micromanagement, no work life balance, poor technical and managerial skills by leads and manager, firing candidates to get their left over salaries, favourisn at its best, Best boot lickers can survive here. Assistant manager and lead engineer's are the one who screwed performance team in Bangalore and they got supportblindly by Director, Wait if you make a complaints or to make some changes in team again you will get fired Literally associate and performance engineers life is screwed like anything by this work, they want an labour not employee basically, That's the reason people joining and leaving continuously sometimes even absconding is very common here. Micro management, prolonged working hours , no technical growth , office politics , blaming and targeting resources intentionally , partiality , poor people management skills of Leads, assistant manager and director, firing people's intentionally to pluk his salary and distribute it in the name of yearly hikes.
