I have the drive to persevere in working at Envertiz Group for three reasons. 1. It is Service Oriented as well. As an employee, I understand at least a few people's lives can be transformed with a better standard of living. I am very glad to be a part of the team. 2. The Family Atmosphere. Very good atmosphere to work with. Friendly and understanding colleagues. There is no work pressure or office politics unlike in other companies. Also, if you take a leave, you have a buddy system. So, you don't have to worry about your pending works.

No work from home option and no public holidays. Also the work timings could have been changed especially when you have a family.
