Some of the colleagues and the company's founder are really good people. The IT guy is super helpful about everyday tech issues.

Dislikes

However, the HR and management and just extremely toxic and want things on an immediate basis. No oversight on any of the final work that is sent to the clients, no proper scheduling and work-life balance is non-existent.
