Long hours, only paid somewhat decent because of the overtime you work, no work life balance.
Management genuinely cared about people and made sure we were taken care of. I worked at 4 different offices and it was the same story for all of them.
Dislikes
The pay was middling and dealing with the general public was exhausting.
